Creekside Commercial has partnered with ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and plans to attend both the International REcon Convention in Las Vegas May 18th-21st, as well as Regional conventions in San Diego and Vancouver. Chris G. Waddle and Ted Marquis, Jr. facilitated the acquisition of an 8-Unit apartment complex at 1312 West Lincoln Ave for a local Buyer, Park West Apts, LLC on April 28th, 2008. The purchase price was $250,000, with Creekside Commercial representing the Buyer only.
Maison Family Chiro Moves in & Sage Restaurant Breaks Ground!

Maison Family Chiropractic has begun its operations at Creekside Business Park in the former space occupied by Doctor Cardon. This lease was brought to Ted Marquis, Jr. and Chris G. Waddle by Jerry Heyen and Kimberly Turnquist, formerly of Prudential and now with Creekside Realty.
Sage Restaurant has broken ground at Creekside West. The fine dining restaurant and wine bar will open in September of 2008. Again, Chris G. Waddle and Ted Marquis, Jr. have brokered this lease.
Wheatland Bank, Jewelry by Craig on the Move!

Wheatland Bank became the first tenant to occupy Park Square on Yakima Avenue when their doors opened for business today. The Spokane based regional bank occupies 2100 SF of space on the Southeast corner of the building.
Also, Jewelry by Craig has signed a Letter of Intent for 1,000 SF to the North of the bank. Craig Pulliam hopes to open by the end of May.

Creekside Commercial Real Estate, led by Chris G. Waddle and Ted Marquis, Jr., facilitated the acquisition of over 700' of frontage along South First Street in Yakima, WA. Creekside represented the Buyer, a Golden Corral Franchisee out of Salt Lake City, UT in the $2,643,000 purchase. The Buyer has plans to sell the frontage pads to two national chain restaurants, including Panda Express. Creekside Commercial acted as the facilitator, development coordinator, and will continue to act as the manager of dispositions on the property.

Creekside Commercial Real Estate and Development partners, Ted Marquis, Jr. and Chris G. Waddle recently closed a few more transactions to ring in 2008. The former Rathjen's Cyle on 20th and Lincoln was sold to an undisclosed Buyer and represented by associate, Creekside Realty. Creekside Commercial represented the Seller in this $160,000 transaction. Also, Creekside Commercial represented the Buyer's of the former Drive-in Theatre property in Toppenish along HWY 97. The transaction amount was $157,500.00.

Creekside Commercial represented Taco Bell for the second time in its acquisition of just under one acre of land in Selah, WA. The franchisee out of Montana purchased the pad site from Marudo Associates for $297,000. Chris G. Waddle and Ted Marquis, Jr. represented the Buyer. The Seller was unrepresented.

Creekside Commercial Real Estate represented Taco Bell out of Missoula, MT recently in their acquisition of approximately 2.3 acres off of Interstate 82 in Zillah. The purchase price was $450,000. The franchisee has plans to build in the next 18-months.
Chris G. Waddle and Ted Marquis, Jr. are currently assisting their client, Taco Bell, in the acquisition and development of two other locations in the area as well.
